MODEL RESOLUSI KONFLIK PILKADA

Abstract: On the social reality level, conflict is natural thinks; something will be happened, unavoidable once.  Conflicts also tend to be happened in the direct regional election, which has been conducting in Indonesia since 2005.  Every societies need to built establishment or social order. This paper would like to describe the result of the research about The Resolution Conflict Model of Regional Election. This qualitative research found the model, which we called it, Liquidity Conflict Resolution Model. This model happened because formal institutions such as desk  Pilkada doesn t work effectively. Resolutions tend to be conduct on the informal than formal ways. Formal resolution usually related with law regulation violation, meanwhile informal resolution related with social, politic, and economy problems.
