Abstract: As a basic of law enforcement is to fulfing
of community needs. The law materials a responsive it consist of Moral, value
and justice as community goal. The law enforcement should have as. Justice, certain law and commonity needs
as basics. On the other hand, we also need supporting factors, like good legal
enforcers, facilities, legal culture and society as a key role actor. If all
those factors above adjusted, we are sure that the society vision on legal
enforcement could be happened.
