MOTIF MENELITI DAN KOMITMEN MENGAJAR PADA DOSEN
ABSTRACT: Research motive is a
motive of the researcher to do research in science. It’s urgent to research for
every lecture want to increase the career development of the university. No
reason for a lecture to do not research if he/she has chosen as educational
staff in the university. They had to research in the skill kind of science. By
researching someone can reach the highest career of academic. In the developed counties like Japan,
Germany, USA, UK, Australia, every lecture has consciousness and aware to self
develop through researching and writing.
This research article wants to explain about research motive and
teaching commitment at lecture of university.
