PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN ABU TERBANG (FLY ASH) TERHADAP KUAT TEKAN MORTAR SEMEN TIPE PCC SERTA ANALISIS AIR LAUT YANG DIGUNAKAN UNTUK PERENDAMAN
Abstract: Research about of
influenced of the adding fly ash to compressive strength of mortar PCC and
analysis of sea water used for immersing was done. This study aims to look at
the influenced of adding fly ash on the quality of mortar PCC by measuring the
compressive strength and analyze the sea water used for immersing by using
multiple parameters. Data were collected for pH, TSS, TDS and total hardness in
solution immersion mortar. The result showed mortar compressive strength
increases with increasing duration of immersion time, and the value of
compressive strength of mortar with the adding of fly ash percentage of 2, 4
and 6% at 28 days in sea water immersion respectively 284, 276 and 273 kg/cm2
whereas in aquadest 323, 315 and 298 kg/cm2. Decrease in compressive strength
is proportional to the increase in pH, levels of TSS, TDS and total hardness in
solution immersion mortar.
