Penilaian Saham, Memahami Cara Berinventasi Saham di Pasar Modal
ABSTRACT: This paper is to
discuss the Discounted Dividend Model for investing in stocks. Stocks are one
of the investment alternatives with both high expected return and high
risk. Rumors might work well for
short-term investment, but long-term investment based on rumors may not be
profitable. Long term investment in stocks based on a fundamental approach
seems more promising. The Discounted Dividend Model is a fundamental approach
to investment that looks into the earning growth of the companies in question. Three
varieties of the model are presented here, Constant Discounted Dividend Model,
Constant Growth Discounted Dividend
Model., and Multi Stages Discounted Dividend Model.
