EFFECT OF DISCIPLINE, WORK’S MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATION COMMITMENT TO WORK’S SATISFACTION (Case Study Employees in Production Division PT. SAMI Car Line Lamda Semarang)

Abstract:  This  research  takes  an  object  of  research  at  PT.  SAMI  CAR  LINE  LAMDA Semarang using respondents that all employees working in the production department of the company. Research objectives were to analyze the influence of discipline, motivation and  organizational  commitment  on  job  satisfaction.  Sample  of  96  respondents,  using accidental sampling technique that is based on sampling by chance in the distribution of questionnaires  to  the  employees,  especially  the  production  at  PT.  SAMI  CAR  LINE LAMDA Semarang. The test results show that the discipline has positive and significant impact  on  job  satisfaction,  work  motivation  and  significant  positive  effect  on  job satisfaction  and  organizational  commitment  and  significant  positive  effect  on  job satisfaction. Value of Adjusted R Square is 0,598 it means that discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment have contribution is 59,80% to job satisfaction. And the remainder is 40,2% impacted to many variabes.
