INVESTIGASI TINGKAT INOVASI USAHA PARA PENGUSAHA KERUPUK SANJAI BUKITTINGGI
ABSTRACT: Sanjai crackers are
one of the specialties of Bukittinggi. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that
produce food is
pretty much, so that competition
can not be
avoided. To survive and
thrive in these
situations, attention to
innovation is to
be observed. This study
aimed to explore
the level of
innovation effort crackers
Sanjai Bukittinggi. The data
collected will be
analyzed primary and
secondary. Primary data
was collected through a
questionnaire distributed to 52 respondents, interviews with relevant parties and make
observations. Secondary data
drawn from various
relevant sources. Extracting a
questionnaire containing information
about the attempted
innovation developed from research
questionnaires Calantone, et
al (2002) and
Keskin (2006). Descriptive
analysis showed that SMEs crackers Sanjai has to innovate in trying.
