PENGARUH BELANJA MODAL PADA ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN DAN BELANJA DAERAH DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH
ABSTRACT: This research
analyzed about the influential of the Capital Expenditure and Economic Growth
to the society-district welfare of Province Central Java based on the data of
year 2001 to 2005. Those districts in Province Central Java was chosen as a
research unit of analysis because the province was one of the provinces that didn’t
experience any expansion by the year of 2001, so that its territory originality
still able to be maintained since the effectuation of regional autonomy on January
1st, 2001. The year of 2001 to 2005 were chosen as the research period, because
the period was the first 5 years implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia.
By using the regression analysis (á = 5%), found out that the Capital
Expenditure didn’t influence the society-district welfare of Province Central
Java; the Economic Growth was significantly influenced the society-district
welfare of Province Central Java; and the Capital Expenditure and Economic
Growth were significantly influenced the society-district welfare of Prov-ince
Central Java.
