PENGARUH KAPABILITAS MANAJERIAL PARA MANAJER PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN AKUNTANSI
ABSTRACT: Being quality minded
in education means caring about the goals, needs, desires and interests of
customers and making sure they are met.
Applying this principle to education means that the learning process
needs to be assessed to determine the quality as defined by the learner. This
will determine whether learners’ needs have been met. This study examined structural
equation models, and the effect of education managers capability on quality of
accounting learning process that based on Juran’s theory. The analyses show
that structural equation models of education managers capability can be used
for estimates the quality of accounting learning process. The result of further
analyses indicate that education managers capability influences positively to
the quality of accounting learning process.
