PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN (TAKSONOMI BIG FIVE PERSONALITY) PADA KINERJA IN-ROLE DAN EXTRA-ROLE KARYAWAN
ABSTRACT: This research
examined the influence of four personality dimension (openness to new
experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, and emotional stability) to employee
performance measured by in-role and extra role performance. Respondents were 504
employees from several manufacturing companies in Central Java and Jogjakarta.
The path analysis results showed that: (1) only openness to new experience,
conscientious-ness, and extraversion had positive influence to extra-role
performance and (2) only conscientiousness and extraversion had positive
influence to in-role perforance.
