PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN SERTA PRESTASI KERJA DOSEN TETAP YAYASAN PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DI PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU
ABSTRACT: This research
objective is to test and analyze the influence of organizational commitment and
organization culture toward lecturers’ job satisfaction and perfor-mance. Job
satisfaction functions as intervening and dependent variables. Lecturers’
performance functions as a dependent variable in this research. There are two variables
functioning as independent ones, namely, organizational commitment and
organization culture. The result of this study are organizational commitment
have not significantly influenced the job satisfaction, organization culture
have significantly influenced the job satisfaction, organizational commitment
and organization culture which have not significantly influenced the
performance, and job satisfaction has significant influence to performance. The
respondents of this re-search included 123 permanent lecturers of University Foundation
at Kepulauan Riau Province using technical survey or census. Data was collected
through questionnaires and analyzed by Structural Equation Mod-eling (SEM)
using AMOS 16.
