Peran Budaya Organisasi Dalam Perusahaan: Suatu Tinjauan
Abstract: This research aims
to look at the role of organizational culture in creating and building a
business in accordance with the company's goals organization. Culture is an
important element to be considered by the management company. Corporate culture
does not present itself in the organization, but it needs to be formed and
studied because corporate culture is basically a set of values and behavior
patterns are learned, shared by all members of the organization and passed on
from one to the next generation. The role of culture in creating corporate or
organizational culture should achieve superior business, which it can be done
by knowing the corporate culture, build and nurture a corporate culture,
knowing determinants by management in shaping the organization's culture, learn
the culture of the company and to create and maintain a corporate culture.
