PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASIAN HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASIONAL DENGAN KEEFEKTIFAN ORGANISASIONAL (Studi pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Propinsi DIY)
ABSTRACT: The
purpose of this study is to examine the influence of organizational culture to
organizational effectiveness and the influence of leadership as moderating variable
in that relationship. The research was done on private higher educations
population in Yogyakarta Province. The hypothesis 1 examinations use simple regression
analysis and the hypothesis 2 examinations use MRA (moderated regression
analysis). Simple regression analysis showed that organizational culture was
significance positive predicted organizational selffectiveness. The results of
this research supported hypothesis 1, that organizational culture as determinant
variable to organizational effectiveness. MRA showed that interaction organizational
culture and leadership in step 3 was significance positive. The results of this
research supported hypothesis 2, that the role of leadership variable as
moderating in that model.
