PERSEPSI PEJABAT PEMBUAT KOMITMEN (PPK) DAN PEMBANTU PEMEGANG UANG MUKA KERJA (PPUMK) TERHADAP MEKANISME PELAKSANAAN PEMBAYARAN LANGSUNG (LS): STUDI PADA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI NEGERI UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN
ABSTRACT: University as a
public sector educational service runs the organization in order to ensure
their services delivered well. Thus, the administration arranges the budget
with some considerations toward the environment. This study will examine the
perception between PPK and PPUMK in LS mechanism in public sector educational
service. Author held the research in order to dis-close the significance influence
in that public sector organization. The respondents were taken from the entire
faculty dean and vice dean II for financial matters and study program head and
vice head II, which number were about 39 persons. Data was collected using
questionnaires formed based on previous studies. Questionnaires collected have
already passed validity-reliability test which give satisfying result. Data was
processed using t-test mode to examine the perception of PPK and PPUMK. Result
shows there is no difference in perception between PPK and PPUMK in LS
Mechanisms. Future research that can be developed is the factors influence the
respondent to choose LS Mechanisms as one of the fund establishments.
