BEBERAPA PROBLEMATIKA INVESTASI DI ERA OTONOMI DAERAH
SARI: Investment holds an
important role in the attempt ofLocal GovernmentalAutonomy. Investment isan
activity conducted for increasing, expanding, adding, and creating business
scope that is economic in nature and scale. Investor is someone investing much
money or capital within the company. It can be stated that investment
constitute adeterminant factor ofthe public economic activity functioning. For
that reason a business climate that isconducive in investment area becomes a
consideration factor to the investor. The factors becoming consideration
materials include the governmental politic stability, local security stability,
economic stability as well as law certainty In running business. The inhibiting
factors of investment in the local governmental autonomy age include: the less
familiar bureaucracy climate fbrthe business activity, coordination constraint
between departments, office or work unit
related to the invest ment policy as well as the investor with less attention
to the business area he/she runs.
