EKSEKUSI PUTUSAN ARBITRASE INTERNASIONAL DI INDONESIA (SEBUAH PERSPEKTIF ATAS UU NOMOR 30 TAHUN 1999)
SARI: Law Nr.30/1999 mentioned
a guidance of implementing foreign arbitration execution. This article explained
some law problems deal with foreign arbitration execution. As apart of international
private law, which has no codification, foreign arbitration execution has vast
variety problems. Most ofthem usejuris prudence as solution. We also need to
concern about content of international convention since there is no experience
in foreign arbitration execution issues. This article also has the major aim to
discuss excerpt of international convention as comparison and solution to
anticipate law problems may arise.
