Abstract: in the space there
are many environment components. They can beabiotic, biotic and cultural component
They always contact, integrate and depend each other in the space. Not only in
continental space but also in sea space and air space. To make their function
going well, they need an environment policy and space planning synchronization.
One way to run them well Is make an environment classification. By make an
environment classification we can know which environment that can be used,
which environment need to be developed, need to betaken care and soon. It Is
needed to make people and environment can develop well together and help each
other. If the people doesn't care about the environment development it can cause
a conflicts. The conflicts should be handled seriously. Here aresome kind
ofenvironment conflicts: (1) Inter region conflict, (2) Inter sector conflict,
(3) Conflict between people and the government, (4) Conflict potentiality
inspace planning usage.
