Abtract: Land acquisition in the
public road construction project in
Gemawang Village was
realized based on the
consensus between the
construction committee and
the land owners. However,
principles of land acquisition as
reflected in the Presidential Decree No. 55 of
1993 are still considered during the
acquisition process.
