PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA PEMILU LEGISLATIF BERDASARKAN JENIS PELANGGARANNYA
Abstract: The election is the
most important in democracy. In the 2009 Election, competition between
legislative candidate will be purchasing. So that, there will be increasing election
dispute. There are included election criminal, administratif violence etc. Solution
of the dispute are available in any system either PTUN, Pengadilan Negeriand
Mahkamah Konstitusi.
