Abstract: Nowadays, the
activities in the spaceare increasing. It raises the possibility ofdamage
causedbythe space objects on the surface of the Earth. Concerning the principle
ofInternational law, morally, the state has to responsible to the state which
get the impact of space activities. This state responsibility system includes:
the responsible parties; the matter must be responsibilioty; the parties which
have the right to compensation; and the claim of compensation.
