URGENSITAS PENYULUHAN HUKUM AGRARIA PADA MASYARAKAT RAWAN KONFLIK PERTANAHAN
Abstract: In some countries
even more in under development country (include Indonesia) the land problems
are that easily cause conflict andsensitive problems, so land reform extention
is very urgent tobe done, for years to year stheintencity ofland conflict
andland problem increase andmore complex. The land reform extention isa system
ofgiving information, consultation andguidance oflandproblem public
continuously to increase knowledge, conscientizacao law andpeople willing to
getright and obligation. The purposes of law extention is to make good land
governance administration. The benefeceries of law extention is also not only
for grass root community, but for department and non department that has
relation toland problems.
