INDEKS PUBLISITAS PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) (Indeks Publisitas Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada Laman Resmi PT Pertamina (Persero))

Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) information leveration can be done in many media, one of them is through Company's official website. This information leveration is very important as a report to its stakeholder and also for company's image branding purpose. PT. Pertamina Persero is a BUMN that has reach rank 122 in Fortune Global 500 at 2013. This research's purpose is to see how far a Fortune 500 company do CSR leveration through its official website. The research is focused on three areas: corporate governance and reporting, environmental policy and social policy. The publicity Index from East-West Management and PFS Program used as Pertamina's leveration indicator. This index divide the three areas into five question each. Totally there are 15 indicator to measure the quantity of information  about CSR that Pertamina share on its official website. The research result shows that Pertamina's index publicity is 13. It means Pertamina has reveal 13 relevant CSR information to public throught its official website.
