KOORDINASI CAMAT TERHADAP PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAT TOBELO UTARA KECAMATAN HALMAHERA UTARA

Abstract: As stipulated by Act No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government and PP. No.. 19 Year 2008 on the District, that the sub-district government held a public duty, among others, is coordinating the program / community development activities in the district. Penelitianini goal is to figure out how to coordinate Head towards community development programs in the district of North Tobelo North Halmahera district.
Methods used approach is a qualitative research method. The focus penelitianini: (1) sub-district coordination through participation of the people to participate in development planning in development planning forums in the district, (2) coordination Cama tmelalui the overall guidance and supervision of government work units and community organizations in the district, and ( 3) Head through the evaluation of the coordination of the various programs / activities in the community development districts. Data sources / informants drawn from various elements of the program in respect of empowerment in the sub-region, namely: government work units, organaisasi-society organizations, pemerinta hdesa, BPD, LPM elements, public figures The number of informants who were interviewed as many as 16 people. Collecting data using interview techniques.
Analysis of data using qualitative analysis techniques interactive model. Based on the analysis of data drawn the conclusion that the coordination of Head towards community empowerment programs which include: encouraging public participation in the forum to participate in district development planning; conduct training and supervise the work of government units and community organizations, and to evaluate the various programs / activities community development in the district, has been able to quite effectively implemented in North KecamatanTibelo.
Starting from these results it is suggested penellian: all planned programs / community development activities undertaken by work units and government-organaisasi society organizations should be discussed and determined together in a discussion forum on the development planning kecamatan.Sarana existing coordination as coordination meetings, forums consultation, reporting, query the data/information shoulld also be intensified.
