PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada PT. Air Manado)
Abstract: Training and
Development of Human Resource still less executed by PT. Air Manado. Adequate
Inexistence Program development and training generate undesirable things and
can harm pertinent company, which is on finally will degrade productivity
company itself. Hence, all head better understand what required its employees
and know desires what making satisfied employees and improve its productivity.
This study aims to do Training and Development have an effect on to Employees
work productivity at PT. Air Manado. As for becoming population in this
research is entire/all employees at PT. Air Manado is counted 266 employees and
in this case only sales department employees amounting to 30 employees. As for
technique used to get data in this research is : a) Kuesioner, in the form of
questionnaire the passed to a number of specified responder pass technique
withdrawal of sampel for the purpose of obtaining primary data; b) Interview,
conducted directly at employees in PT. Air Manado, to get primary data of
responder. As well as getting data of sekunder of head / part of SDM PT. Air
Manado; c) Observation, this technique is conducted by perceiving directly to
situation and situation at PT. AirManado; d) Study Document, used to net data
of sekunder related to research focus. Method which used in this research is
quantitative method, with approach of and correlation of regresi. Correlation
is to know the existence of relation between variable of X (development and
training) with variable of Y (employees productivity). While analysis of
regresi simple is to know influence of variable of X to variable Y.
