TANGGAPAN PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL KEDELAI HITAM TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN PUPUK ORGANIK DAN BIOPESTISIDA GULMA SIAM (Chromolaena odorata)
ABSTRACT: The aim of the
research was to study the effect of dosage compost and biopesticide of Siam
Weed and the interaction on the growth
and yield of black soybean. The experiment was conducted in Banguntapan
experiment field of Agriculture Faculty, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta
from May 2003 to August 2003.
The experiment was arranged in
Randomized Completed Design consisted of 3 x 3 factorial treatments + 3
controls with three replications. The first factor were 3 levels of Siam Weed
compost application, i.e.: 10, 20, and 30 t/ha. The second factor were 3 levels
of biopesticide concentration, i.e.: 1, 2, and 3 %. Each of treated plant is
given 50 kg/ha Urea, 100 kg/ha TSP and 100 kg/ha KCl. The control consist
of 3 levels, i.e.: no fertilizing and no
pesticide treated plant (control 1), fertilizing by 20 t/ha goat manure and
spraying chemical pesticide plant (control 2) and fertilizing by 20 t/ha and
spraying of Siam Weed biopesticide 2 %.
Control 2 and 3 were given 50 kg/ha Urea, 100 kg/ha TSP and 100 kg/ha KCl.
The result of experiment show that 30 t/ha Siam Weed compost application
gave higher yield (1.53 t/ha), but was not significantly different with 10 and
20 t/ha. The spraying of biopesticide was not significantly different on the
growth and yield of black soybean. Interaction of both factors was
significantly different on stem diameter, plant heigh and leaf area age 7 weeks
after planting.
Key words: black soybean,
organic fertilizer, biopesticide, and siam weedv
