Aplikasi Produksi Bersih (Cleaner Production) Pada Industri Nata De Coco
Abstract: Nata de coco
industries produce wastes in solid, semi solid and liquid which are danger for
environment, so we need to apply the concept of clean production to it. After
applying the clean applying concept there will be analyzing of feasibility in
technical, economical and environment. There are six option of clean production
which can be applied to nata de coco industries. They are 1. re-using of wastes
of filtering, boiling, surface disposing for fertilizer. 2. Re-using of the
fluid fermentation. 3. Re-using of soaking fluid, surface washing fluid,
boiling fluid. 4. Re-using the wasted of nata cutting for jelly industries. 5.
Re-using the wastes of nata cutting for fertilizer because it is easy and give
a benefit around IDR 611582,4. The pay back period are 0.4578 month and this
activity giving the highest effect for the environment.
