Perancangan dan Rekayasa Alat Bantu untuk Snei Ulir Standar pada Mesin Bubut
Abstract: This research grant
as a realization of engineering development, due to maximizing uses of turning
machine in the making process of standard thread. The method used was design
and build model, and the result was a design with supporting tool model which is
well tested. After this snei instrument finish builded and applied, the
perfomance data showed it was better using this instrument than nothing because
the efficient timing process counted by using it ensures those facts. Before
using this supporting instrument the
productivity recorded 190 seconds/items on average. After applying this
engineering instrument, it is recorded that the production time became 33
seconds/items on average. The final conclusion, the time efficiency reached by
this instrument for each product was as big as 167 seconds or 5 times faster.
