Rancangan Bangun Instalasi Pengujian Blower Sentrifugal
Abstract: Centrifugal blower
is a fast powering machine which functions as the blower by using of air or gas
in which the centrifugal force applied in this blower is no more than 35 psig.
In operating, the blower usually consists of one unit blower installation. The
unfitted of blower installation design will cause to the not optimal of blower
work. Thus, inorder to solve the problem, a research on making and designing of
centrifugal blower test installation is conducted. The tests conducted are
included to many kinds of stream capacity, stress and circulation by varying
the gate valve opener namely 4/4, 3/4, 2/4, 1/4 and 0/4. Graph analysis is
committed to gain the graph indicator of blower performance. The graph shows
that after the maximum efficiency is reached, the graph will decline by the
increasing of capacity. Meanwhile, graph of room pressure shows the declination
when capacity increase.
