Diagnosis dan Penatalaksanaan Peritonitis Tuberkulosis
Abstract: Although the therapy
of peritoneal tuberculosis is relatively easy, it is difficult to establish the
diagnosis of peritoneal tuberculosis. Diagnosis is often delayed since only a
small percentage of patients with peritoneal tuberculosis also have lung
tuberculosis. Diagnostic problem may result in mortality and unnecessary
surgery. In this case report, we present a young female with massive ascites
which eventually turned out to be peritoneal tuberculosis after extensive
diagnostic work-up.
