PERBEDAAN PERUBAHAN HEMODINAMIK TEKNIK ANESTESI SPINAL POSISI DUDUK DAN MIRING KIRI PADA PASIEN SEKSIO SESAREA
Abstract: Determination of Anesthesia in caesarean section technique can be performed with general anesthesia or
spinal anesthesia and is very dependent state
of the mother and fetus as well
as the ability of anesthesiology. Spinal anesthesia
technique is still an option for a cesarean section, this technique can be
performed in a sitting position and left lateral position, usually done on the operating table. Change
in position within 30 minutes after spinal anesthesia really affects the occurrence of
hemodynamic changes very quickly, it’s needs strict supervision and
observation.
Objectives: To identify the differences of hemodynamic changes in spinal anesthesia techniques sitting position and left lateral position in caesarean section
patients at RSUD Merauke.
Methods: Using observational analitic of nursing research in which
researchers tried to find differences between variables with secsional approch.
Research Findings: Differences
hemodynamic changes in patients caesarean section performed
spinal anesthesia techniques
sitting position and the left lateral
position, there was no
significant difference. These
hemodynamic changes can be caused by changes
in the position to
a reclining position or sitting
position to the left lateral recumbent position is
very influential on hemodynamic changes, which causes the movement
of drugs in cerebro vascular spinal fluid moves faster, which moves
according to the law of gravity
Conclusion: Spinal anesthesia techniques sitting position and the left lateral position in patients caesarean section did
not occur significant differences
in hemodynamic changes, and both these techniques can be performed at caesarean section
