ANALISIS PENGARUH IKLIM USAHA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN WANITA PENGUSAHA SEKTOR INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR PEDESAAN DI KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract: Banyuwangi
Municipal, located on the end of East Java Island, constitutes the most
strategic area for the investor to do investment. The abundant of natural resources
is the potency for the investor. The business growth is moderate in there, however,
there are many weaknesses that need to be improved for the government involving
the business climate, such as physical infrastructure, area government policy,
illegal collection, association participation, safety and labor.
In this research tried to analyze the variable that effect to the
business development particularly businesswomen village manufacture industry in
Banyuwangi. Variables-identified concerning business climate consist of
physical infrastructure, area government policy, illegal collection,
association participation, safety and labor. From that variables then would be
analyzed by using multiple linier regression method and to know whether or not
that variables influence the business growth and how large those variables
influence to business growth. From the data collection in field concerning
business-women’s perception in Banyuwangi then being processed with SPSS for
Windows version 13.00 was obtained 70%, business climate variable influence the
business development, from all five variables, the physical infrastructure
constitutes the largest variables or dominant to influence the business development
with coefficient value 0.466. Simultaneously, the above independent variables
significant influence toward business development were indicated with values of
F-count more than F-table (27.00 > 2.36).
Business-women’s perception toward conducive of business climate in
Banyuwangi, generally agree that business climate that consist of physical
infrastructure, government policy, illegal collection, association
participation, safety and labor condition are highly influence the business
development in Banyuwangi, generally they assessed that the conducive of
business climate is moderate, need to be improved particularly public service.
To improve the government business climate should improve the various indicator
of business climate result to increase the manufacture industry sector in order
to create the vacancies, decrease unemployment and poor.
