Analisis Pengaruh Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Diri Kepala Puskesmas terhadap Kinerja Puskesmas

ABSTRACT: The low achievement of Public Health Center performance in Jember District Health Department on 2008, 2009, 2010 were the issues raised in this study. The purpose of this study was to recommend how to improve the Public Health Center performance based on influence analysis of self leadership development the head of Public Health Center. The study method was analytic observational by cross sectional design. The research population was all Public Health Centers in Jember regency. Respondents planned all the head of Public Health Center but only 44 of them filled the questionnaire. The statistical analysis used was a comparative analysis of risk. Results of this study were the head of Public Health Center with low general self efficacy mostly have low self leadership. The head of Public Health Center with negative perception about Jember District Health Department support mostly have low self leadership. The head of Public Health Center with low self leadership mostly have low performance. Conclusion is self leadership development Head of Public Health Center have the possibility to improve the Public Health Center performance. It is recommended that to improve the Public Health Center performance by self leadership development the head of Public Health Center.
