Evaluasi Implementasi Pengelolaan BLU Berdasarkan 4 Perspektif Balanced Scorecard di RS Bhayangkara Tk. II H.S. Samsoeri Mertojoso Surabaya

ABSTRACT: RS Bhayangkara Tk. II H.S. Samsoeri Mertojoso Surabaya expressed as PPK BLU. The general objective of this research is creates recommendation to develop enhanced performance RS Bhayangkara Tk. II H.S. Samsoeri Mertojoso Surabaya Based Evaluation Implementation Management by 4 Perspective Balanced Scorecard. It was an  analytic observational research with cross sectional design applied. These results indicate that the evaluation of the administrative requirements document has been good enough in the documents. From this study in order to obtain the recommendations are appropriate organizational structure with Permenkes No. 1045/2006, Necessary arrangements for the review of human resources in terms of recruitment, placement, and remuneration, to create a new product made, evaluation and improvement of the SOP, establishment of an integrated SIM RS and program management training and development of human resources in IT, workshop held for administrative personnel BLU, increase the number of patient visits in IRNA, ER, Laboratory, to improve the efficiency, and response time is increased competence and compliance officers facilities as needed, created program to facilitate the completion of the complaint handling customer complaints, increase non-budget revenue and operating cost efficiencies, coordinated with Police Headquarters about the decision of the depreciation.
