FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KONTROL HIPERTENSI PADA LANSIA DI POS PELAYANAN TERPADU WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MOJOSONGO BOYOLALI
Abstract: The increase of
hypertension cases every year generally becomes main problem in both
devel-oping and developed countries. The aim of the research was to investigate
whether there was correla-tion among elders attitude, family supervising and
elder’s knowledge with the effort of hypertension control in elderly people.
This research was an observational study with cross sectional design. The ubjects of the research were 70 elderly people
at Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu or Integrated Health Service Post) in
Mojosongo Boyolali. Simple Random Sampling was the technique which was used in
this research. The analysis used statistic Chi Square test (÷2) with the level
of significant รก=0,05. The result of this research showed that there were
correlations among attitude (p=0,000), family supervising (p=0,016), and
knowledge (p=0,003) with the effort of hypertension control in elderly people
at Posyandu in Mojosongo Boyolali.
