KINERJA KELOMPOK GIZI MASYARAKAT DAN CAKUPAN DI POSYANDU KABUPATEN JENEPONTO
Abstract: To overcome
malnutrition in Indonesia used the model to improve nutrition through community
empowerment that are tailored to local needs, known as the Community Nutrition
Group (CNG). This study aimed to determine the performance of CNG and scope of
the visit under five, pregnant women and nursing mothers in the village
posyandu Parasangan Beru, Turatea districts, counties Jeneponto. This type of
research was a qualitative and quantitative, to determine the activities of
Community Nutrition Group and the scope of the visit at the IHC. Informants
were all still involved in activities, including all members of the CNG, the
mother of young children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, Executive Power
Nutrition (EPN), and the Community Facilitator (CM) in the local area. The
collection of data obtained through indepth interviews (performance evaluation CNG),
document review (coverage of weighing results under five, pregnant women visit,
the visit of exclusive breast feeding mothers), and Focus Group Discussion
(FGD). Data analysis began by reviewing all data from interviews, observations
that have been done in the field notes, documents, images, photographs, and
hear again the recording, then performed the data reduction to create a summary
of the core, process, and questions that need to be, then arranged in units,
categorized, and examining the validity of data through triangulation of the
source. The results of this study indicated CNG performance in the
implementation of SMD, MMD, and PGM were good. Likewise, the various visits in
integrated health coverage, if prior to the NICE program, coverage was very
low, and some have not yet found records for rare / no traffic, then after the
establishment of this program, there was an increase, although it did not meet
the target. CNG is suggested that further enhance its performance to achieve
better results.
