PENGARUH SENAM HAMIL TERHADAP PERUBAHAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN (Hb) PADA KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER KETIGA
Abstract: Prevalence of
mother’s death when delivering baby because of anemia is still high (70 %). The
low of Hemoglobin (Hb) level is one of complicating factors of post partum
hemorrhage. Low of Hb level in pregnant women can improve frequency of
complication at pregnancy and birth. Beside that, it also increase death risk
of fetus, baby born premature, and low birth weight. The aim of this study was
to know the effect of pregnant gymnastic on Hb level at third trimester
pregnancy. The type of this re-search was quasi experiment. Design of this
study were pretest and posttest with group control. Data were obtained through
interview, questioner and handbook. Respondents of this research was 8
preg-nant gymnastic participant as group of treatment and 8 pregnant women who
did not participate preg-nant gymnastic as a group of control. Hb level was
measured on pretest and posttest. Pretest was done before respondents did
pregnant gymnastic at pregnancy of 29th week and posttest was done after respondents
were given pregnant gymnastic at pregnancy of 34th week. Statistical tests in
this study used kolmogorov smirnov and t-test. Result of this research
indicated that pregnant gymnastic influ-ence HB level at third trimester
pregnancy with value p< 0,05 ( p = 0,022).
