Rekomendasi Pengembangan QWL (Quality of Work Life) Berdasarkan Analisis Pengaruh QWL terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Kusta Sumberglagah Pacet Mojokerto

ABSTRACT: Quality  of  Work  life  (QWL)  was  needed  in  hospital  work  environment.  Through  management  approach  human resource should be able to create QWL that can provide opportunity for self development, welfare that can cover worker basic needs, and safe and comfortable work environment hence can encourage work enthusiasm in effort to better achieve the purpose. General purpose of research was setting QWL development based on QWL effect analysis on nurse job satisfaction in Leprosy Hospital of Sumberglagah, Pacet Mojokerto. Research design was analytic and explanatory research performa Leprosy Hospital of Sumberglagah Pacet Mojokerto by all inpatient room nurses as respondent. Data analysis technique used regression analysis method. Research result showed that level of 1) autonomy in autonomous nurse was 93,6%, 2) nurse social support was high of 80,9%, 3) nurse work pressure was high of 91,5%, 4) nurse career demand was low of 95,7%, 5) organizational structure in work environment was conducive (76,6%), 6) organizational culture in nurse work environment was non conducive (23,4%), 7) QWL in nurse work environment was still low (91,5%), 8) nurse job satisfaction in inpatient unit showed dissatisfaction of 95,7%. It can be concluded that Quality of Work Life (QWL) has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. It is suggested to develop continuous human resource management program in inpatient room by conducting activities as recommended.
