Rekomendasi Peningkatan Kreativitas Melalui Pembelajaran Organisasi di Rumah Sakit Kusta Sumberglagah
ABSTRACT: If the organization
wants its resources be creative to improve the quality of its products, So it
is tried to create an
organizational climate that
values the creativity,
provides opportunities either
time, facilities and
infrastructure or insentiveto
employees in thinking, designing, researching and developing new products in
order to make them more satisfying. The opportunity to be creative is very
important owned by all employees, to achieve satisfactory performance and
productivity. If the employees have a good chance to be creative, they will be
able to produce a more profitable idea for the company. This research is
conducted at Leprosy Hospital Sumberglagah Pacet Mojokerto and the method used is
explanatory research done in cross-sectional, where the collection of information
using a questionnaire. Data analysis is performed by the multiple regression
analysis method by using the technique of Statistical Package for Social
Science (SPSS). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it
is known that the value of F calculated at 46. 975 with a value of 0.000.
Because of the significance value isless than 0.05, it can be concluded that
the Organizational Learning and Leadership variables are significant influenced
on the creativity simultaneously.
