Rekomendasi Peningkatan Task Performance, Contextual Performance dan Job Satisfaction Petugas Unit Radiologi Berdasarkan Analisis Job Characteristic, Motivation dan Work Attitude di Rumah Sakit Katolik St. Vincentius A Paulo Surabaya
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this
study was to improve task performance, contextual performance and job
satisfaction of Radiology Unit
Staff, based on
job characteristic, motivation
and work attitude
in St. Vincentius
Catholic Hospital In
Surabaya. Design of this study is a descriptive study with cross
sectional approach. Unit of analysis is the Radiology unit of RKZ Surabaya. The
results showed that skill variety related to task performance and contextual
performance, skill identity related to task performance, contextual performance
and job satisfaction, task significance related to job satisfaction, and
autonomy related to task performance and contextual performance, Motivation is
positively associated with task performance, contextual performance and job
satisfaction. Recommendation is should be reechoing of the Hospital’s vision
and mission and the unit’s as well, need to evaluate the (Standard Operating
Procedure) SOP in Radiology Unit, need to evaluate job descriptions for
Radiology staff, keep internal training program, related to the understanding
of the importance of the work to other professions, need to evaluate the
management system of radiology unit, need to evaluate the workload calculation,
The criteria in recruitment should be clear that the staff radiology unit must
a radiographer, currently there are two groups with different educational background
it is necessary internal training and build a good team work.
