DEKAPSULASI EMBRIO IKAN MAS (CYPRINUS CARPIO L.) UNTUK UJI SITOLOGIK IN VITRO

ABSTRAK: This research purpose to get information about trypsine effect to common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) embryo decapsulation. Embryo is immerse in trypsine with various concentration 0,10%, 0,25%, 0,50%, 0,75%, I,oo%, 1,25%, 1,50%, 1,75% and 2,00% as treatment and immerse in MSS (Modified Steinberg’ s Solution) as control. Embryo decapsulation determine by observing embryo secretion from its slime membrane. The result show that trypsine with concentration range 0,10% - 2,00% can solved slime membrane of the embryo and caused embryo decapsulation. Moreover trypsine concentration within 0,10% - 2,00% influence decapsulation linear speed with analogical Y = 66,5754 – 22,987X (p≤ 0,05)
