KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI DI SMAN SE-KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN
Abstract: This article is
written to know about the skills of teachers in the implementation of learning
sociology based Permendiknas 41 of 2007 on the implementation of learning
standards for elementary and secondary education unit. The research approach
used is qualitative evaluative study type. Selection of informants that
purposive sampling with the number of informants 18 people. Data collected by
observation and interview. To obtain valid data conducted data triangulation.
The data used is the model interactive analysis of Milles and Huberman, namely
data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the
study are (1) In the Activity Introduction, four of the nine teachers do not
ask questions that relate prior knowledge to the material to be studied, and
three of the nine teachers have not been delivered to the student learning
goals. (2) On Core Activities, on the Exploration of the teachers do not use
instructional media and learning resources, the teachers do not facilitate the
elaboration of learners in cooperative and collaborative learning. In
confirmation, everything is appropriate based Permendiknas 41 of 2007 on the
implementation of learning standards for elementary and secondary education
unit. (3) At the Closing Event, all teachers do not convey the lesson plan at
the next meeting.
