PENGUJIAN EKSTRAK PLANLET CECENDET (PHYSALIS ANGULATA L.) HASIL IRADIASI DAN TANPA IRADIASI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TUMOR PADA MENCIT PUTIH (MUS MUSCULUS) GALUR SWISS – WEBSTER

ABSTRAK: Research about the test of irradiated and non irradiated Mullaca (Physalis angulata L.) plantlet extract on the growth of tumor in Mus musculus designed in Completely Randomized Experiment in seven dosages categories. The categories consist of irradiated and non irradiated Mullaca plantlet extract three dosages each (2.103 mg/ml, 3,5. 103 mg/ml and 5.103 mg/ml) and control (0 mg/ml) repeated 6 times per category. The tumor growth parameter was tumor weight after surgery. The results showed that Mullaca plantlet extract effectively inhibited the growth of tumor in dosage of 3,5. 10  mg/ml and 5.10  mg/ml. Furthermore, radiated Mullaca plantlet extract in dosage of 5.10  mg/ml was  the most effective inhibition that prevent the growth of tumor in Mus musculus.
