KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS XI IPA SMAN 2 PAINAN MELALUI PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SQUARE
Abstract: Mathematical
reasoning abilities students of class XI IPA SMAN 2 Painan still low, one cause the learning centered on teachers. To
resolve this problem can be used the learning
Think Pair Square (TPSq). So the purpose research to know the progress
of mathematical reasoning ability students implement the learning during TPSq and
to compaires of mathematical reasoning abilities students of class XI IPA SMAN
2 Painan by using TPSq and mathematical reasoning abilities students of class
XI IPA SMAN 2 Painan by using conventional learning. The research used kuasi –
experiment, design with randomized Only Control Group Design. The results
showed that students’ mathematical reasoning ability using TPSq had progressing. Mathematical
reasoning abilities students are the learning to use Think Pair Square better
than mathematical reasoning abilities students using conventional learning.
