PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LEARNING CYCLE TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 15 PADANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014
Abstract: Student’s
mathematics concept understanding will be better and more expand if the teacher
prepare the learning that can developed student’s concept understanding. But
mathematics learning that happened in class X SMA Negeri 15 Padang couldn't
expand student’s mathematics concept understanding optimally. One of the
solution for this problem is applying learning cycle model. This research was
aimed to see student’s mathematics concept understanding during learning cycle
model was applied and to compare student’s mathematics concept understanding
who attend learning cycle model with students who attend conventional learning.
Kind of this research was descriptive research and quasi experiment with
statistic group design. Result of research indicated that student’s mathematics
concept understanding had increased during learning cycle model. Student’s
mathematics concept understanding who attend learning cycle model is better
than students who attend conventional learning.
