PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TIPE THINK TALK WRITE DAN GENDER TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS VIII SMPN 12 PADANG
Abstract: Mathematical
communication ability is one of the learning goals that want to be developed in
learning mathematics. This research aimed at investigating the differences in
mathematical communication ability by using Think Talk Write (TTW) and
conventional model, based on gender. This research was quasy experiment using
Randomized Control Group Only design. Data about mathematical communication
ability of the students were collected through a test and were analyzed by
using t-test. The results of the research showed that mathematical
communication ability of the students who taught using TTW model was
significantly higher than those who taught using conventional model. This
conclusion was also valid for male and female students
