RESOLUSI KONFLIK PEMANFAATAN LAHAN MASYARAKAT DALAM KAWASAN HUTAN DI KABUPATEN LUWU TIMUR
ABSTRACT: The aim of these
researches are to know the form of land utilizing and people claim on forest
area, and formulating the utilizing type that can accommodate the people
interest. The utilizing of
forest area by
the people in
Pekaloa are like
the rice field,
garden, dry land, and yard
wanatani, while people claim on forest area are land custom claims. The conflict
that happens is horizontal conflict between individual on that society and
vertical conflict between society
and the government.
The resolution that taking
to contend the conflict
so it will
be appropriate with
the status, functions,
and policy, are
forest processing, that appropriate with society forest form (HKM) and
society plant forest form (HTR).
