HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN ATASAN DENGAN NILAI POSITIF PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA PADA IBU YANG BEKERJA
ABSTRACT: This study
aimed to examine
the relation between
supervisor support and
work-family enhancement on working mothers. The hypothesis was proposed:
there was positive correlation between supervisor support and work-family
enhancement on working mothers. Characteristics of research subjects in this
study: (1) subjects lived together with her husband and had children under the
age of 12 years who lived with the subject, (2) working full time. Data
collection tool used in this
study: work-family enhancement
scale and the scale
of supervisor support. Techniques of
analysis in this
research using product
moment correlation techniques.
The results showed positive
correlation bettween the
supervisor's support and
work-family enhancement on working mothers.
