MENINGKATKAN KINERJA UMKM INDUSTRI KREATIF MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN ORIENTASI PASAR: KAJIAN PADA PERAN SERTA WIRAUSAHA WANITA DI KECAMATAN MOYUDAN, KABUPATEN SLEMAN, PROPINSI DIY

ABSTRACT: The aim of this research to identify problem in order to developing Micro Small Medium Enterprises,  this  research  focus  on  the  role  of  woman  entrepreneur  in  creative  industry  at Sumber  Rahayu,  Moyudan,  Sleman,  DIY.  This  research  also  reviews  the  influence  of  market and  entrepreneur  orientation  in  woman  entrepreneur  in  order  to  increase  the  performance  of creative  industry.  The  output  of  this  research  will  used  as  the  reference  to  make  a recommendation  for  policy  and  strategy  related  with  developing  market  and  entrepreneur orientation to develop performance of Micro Small, Medium Enterprises. Sampling method used in this research by taking 40 respondents, the respondent are woman entrepreneur in creative industry especially fashion and handicraft in Sumber Rahayu, Moyudan, Sleman. The methods of analysis used in this research are descriptive and inferential. Based on this research most of the problem are faced by Micro Small Medium Enterprises related with capital aspect, marketing aspect,  and  human  resources.  The  inferential  analysis  shows the  positive  correlation  between entrepreneur  orientation  and  market  orientation  to  business  performance  of  Micro  Small Medium Enterprises partially and simultaneously.
