HUBUNGAN CITRA DIRI DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN AKAN MEREK DENGAN MINAT BELI PRODUK BERMEREK SURFING

ABSTRACT: This research aims to determine the relationship of self-image and customer satisfaction with buying interest towards surfing brand. This research consists of three variables: the dependent variable which is buying interest and the independent variable is the self-image and customer satisfaction with the brand.
The sampling technique of this research is using simple random sampling. The sample in this research is the community of users surfing branded products total of 110 people in Samarinda city. The data analysis technique were used is the method of analysis Kendall’s tau nonparametric tests.
The result showed there is a positive and significant correlation between self-image with the buying interest with the value of Correlation Coefficient = 0.137, p = 0.042, there is positive and highly significant correlation between customer satisfaction toward the brand with the buying interest with the value of Correlation Coefficient = 0.540 and p = 0.000.
