PELATIHAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVAS KERJA KONSULTAN

Abstract: This study uimed to detennine tlrc eLfect of n'ansfonnational leadership training on emploree ntotit,cttiort htnsultott PT.,\'u Natural Orindo. Tlte hypothesis ofthis studl'that there i.s influcnce of'trutt.s.fitnntttiortol leadership traiuiug to increase the motivation ofthe cottsultuttts PT. .-l.t'rtrIuttn'ttl Orindo. This study used an experimettal method to pretest - posttast c'ontrol group clcsign. I0 studv subjects in tlte experimental group and 14 groups in the cont'ol gt'ott1t. Suhjects in the experimental group were given training transformationql leadership. Meusw"ing insfiuntent in the .fonn of research work motivutiott sc'ule. The resulls v'ere uttulyzed using t-test Gained score. Results of analysis of data on lhe scale o.f'tl'ork ntolit'tttion suggests lhat's no significant dffirence betw*een themotivation of tlte experinterttal grotrpwith thdcontrol group, w'ith p : 0.836.
